Worship in the Sanctuary
All are welcome to attend Southern Hills Mennonite Church.
Our Worship Service is Live Streamed, also available after the sermon.
Entrances. Two entrances are available and are handicapped accessible from reserved spaces in the parking lot. The North door (facing 37th street) has an automatic door opener and you will enter directly into the back of the sanctuary. From the West doors (facing the parking lot) there is a slight gradual incline to the side door by the stairs. The west doors are the main entrance to the building with access to the sanctuary and all other areas of the building. Restrooms are handicapped accessible and located in both sides of the building.
As you enter you will be welcomed at either entrance by a greeter. They will be happy to give assistance getting into the building and take your name(s) and introduce you during the service if you would like that.
Hearing assistance devices are available upon request from the greeters.
Attire. All are welcome as they are. Most people wear business casual.
Nursery. Children aged 5 and under (potty trained) are invited to the church nursery for the remainder of the service for children’s activities after the children’s story.
After the Service. We are a friendly bunch that like to welcome new guests and visit. We’d love for you to stay around and attend a Sunday School class as well.
